Our programs focus on the development of practical and transformative skills and wisdom for use in the modern world. Participants learn techniques that put them in touch with the inherent knowledge, strength and wisdom that has often been muted by external distractions. The key to what is shared within any program is the "intuitive knowing" that all of life is precious, sacred and able to grow and evolve. These programs are designed to help you connect with that knowing. The beauty is that this relationship to life is on display within the Living Model of FGTC, a true showcase for anyone wishing to experience and learn from it. This is our goal.
Loving The Earth, Loving Ourselves Land Stewardship Program
In our passion to help love, preserve and protect the environment, we seek to understand the healed relationships between soil, plants, trees and all creatures from our past to the present and into the future. Included in this is: taking care of your immediate natural environment ("back yard") as well as landscaping, organic gardening, tree care and larger areas.
Body-Mind-Spirit Programs
Body-Mind-Spirit Programs include integrating your personal lives with the world around you on various levels of awareness: from the body itself to the mental understanding of your life and integrating the two, and - if interested - on to the evolution of one’s awareness that all is One.
Focused Locally, Accessed Globally
This New Media & Creative Arts Program includes streaming video and online classes, radio broadcasts, etc., shared through modern information technology systems and the World Wide Web.
Oasis Programs
Oasis Programs was developed to support non-profits who serve the Earth and humanity in their unique ways. They are invited to the sanctuary for rest, rejuvenation and revitalizing their vision and organizational dynamics.
All-Generations Programs
All-Generations Programs serve educators, youth and elders; mentorship programs and service learning opportunities are available.
These programs work in harmony, supporting and recycling the greater purpose of our sanctuary. The whole is truly greater than its parts. For example, the Land Stewardship Programs create the atmosphere, or backdrop of the sanctuary. This supports the Body-Mind-Spirit learnings and the Creative Arts & New Media presentations. These, in turn, inspire deeper relationships to the Earth, each other and what lives it all.
AN INVITATION: These programs are, in actuality, invitations. They are inviting you to deepen your presence in the world and to feel the presence of everyone and everything more profoundly. They will give you the opportunity to lose interest in conflict of any sort and to bring healing to any and all spaces in which you find yourself. You will be given the opportunity to sense who you are and how to move into life with deeper ease, joy and service to all of Earth and its inhabitants. As you become involved with these programs, you will find that they are structured to help ignite the latent, living relationship we have with the Earth, each other, all living things and the Mystery that lives it all. |
